Hello! My name is Caroline Kuttler (she/her/hers) and I am a licensed professional therapist in the state of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. I received my Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Johns Hopkins School of Education in 2018 and became fully licensed as a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of PA in 2021/New Jersey in 2023. Deciding to start therapy can be a challenging and vulnerable process. My goal as a therapist is to make each individual feel as safe and supported as possible with high levels of empathy, compassion, and genuineness. Throughout the therapy process, I value the importance of improving relationships, managing stress, and increasing the ability to identify and regulate emotions. In sessions, I emphasis the importance of processing core beliefs we hold towards ourself and the world, practicing daily mindfulness, and learning skills to effectively regulate our emotions. I also provide supervision for pre-licensed clinicians! I have experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings for adults, adolescents, and children in both the individual and group setting. I use an integrated approach including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) informed, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and EMDR to treat trauma, PTSD, bipolar disorder, BDP, depression, and anxiety.

I have experience working in a variety of settings, such as outpatient, intensive outpatient programs, and a residential facility. I have worked with individuals who have anxiety, depression, chronic medical conditions, bipolar disorder, BPD, PTSD and complex trauma, eating disorders, burnout/stress, and life transitions. As human’s, we go through a lot of changes and experiences in our lives that can sometimes feel difficult or unbearable to manage. Seeking out therapy can help with this, and I know it is no easy thing to do, and I am proud of you for taking this step to be here! In our work together, I believe in using a trauma-informed approach, fostering a safe, open, and comfortable environment to process the good and the bad things that happen throughout life, as well as working together on goals that you have. I value the importance of having a strong therapeutic connection to do this. I utilize a lot of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing. However, I believe in utilizing interventions and techniques based off of what you are needing in your process. We can work together in collaborating to take steps towards change and improving your life. My main goal for you on this journey is to provide a comfortable space to be open about your thoughts, feelings, beliefs and experiences, so that you feel empowered, accepted, and less alone.

Welcome. I'm Rox, and I deeply believe that individuals aren't broken; rather, they're intricate, resilient beings navigating a complex and sometimes gruesome world. My core philosophy centers on meeting clients with radical love, unwavering acceptance, and profound compassion where clients can then mirror this self-compassion, acceptance, and love within themselves. My specialization spans various areas including sex and gender identity, open/poly relationships, oppression/intersectionality, religious trauma, neurodivergence, PTSD, depression, anxiety, couples counseling, grief, BDSM/kink, sex therapy, adolescents, and emerging adulthood. Recognizing the uniqueness of each person, I'm dedicated to providing a safe, inclusive, and collaborative space. My goal is to support individuals in exploring diverse issues and concerns, guiding them toward a life not limited to mere survival but one where they can truly thrive. My therapeutic approach is eclectic and tailored to suit each client's needs. I often integrate relational, strengths-based, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, and trauma-informed methods. Additionally, I explore attachment theory, psychodynamic theory, and utilize DBT techniques. In our sessions, I aim to create a warm, empathetic, and authentic environment where no topic is off-limits. I strive to foster a relationship that is non-pathologizing and collaborative, working together to facilitate your healing journey. Let's embark on this journey towards healing and growth together,
Hannah Reiser, MS she/hers
Accepts Aetna, Cigna
Welcome! My name is Hannah Reiser (she/her/hers). I have a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and am working toward a doctorate (PsyD) in Clinical Psychology. As people, we all experience hardships that can put us in a rut or lead to burnout. Whatever stressor a person may be facing, my goal is to use a trauma-informed, holistic lens to work with them to better understand and accept their emotions, introduce new perspectives, and create steps towards change using their unique strengths. I believe one of the most essential components of therapy is ensuring that an individual feels safe and comfortable to open up about their innermost feelings and beliefs. I strive to make all my clients feel accepted and empowered to express their needs and create tailored goals in treatment, taking a collaborative approach every step of the way. Therapy can be a very vulnerable experience that looks different for each individual. While I primarily utilize cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) to explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in relation to an individual’s goals, I work with everyone to meet them where they are and construct sessions in a way that feels most natural to them. In addition to CBT, I incorporate mindfulness, motivational interviewing, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and person-centered approaches.

Welcome. My name is Julie, and I’m so glad you’re here. My approach to therapy starts with cultivating a safe and accepting space for all individuals. From there, I work collaboratively with my clients to establish goals and design a treatment plan that fits their specific needs. I hold a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and my training is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with an emphasis on mind-body connection, through a trauma-informed lens. I specialize in working with clients experiencing anxiety, trauma, and depression. Recognizing and shifting patterns and beliefs that no longer serve you is an important aspect of treatment. One of the most significant things I believe in is empowering my clients to tap into their strengths and values. I enjoy providing psychoeducation on how our brains and bodies work and incorporate mindfulness and somatic based techniques. We will work together to address what is getting in the way of achieving your goals and develop new skills and habits that will help you get there. I would be delighted to work together and look forward to meeting with you.

EMDR Provider
Hello and welcome! My name is Emily. I have a master’s degree in Clinical and Counseling Psychology from Chestnut Hill College. My bachelor’s degree is in accounting, but I returned to school to study psychology during the pandemic as a result of a passion for helping others and a growing desire to live a life that was more aligned with my values. This means I am no stranger to how transformative it can be to undergo big life changes, such as making the decision to start therapy! Whether this is your first time in therapy or you are seeking a new perspective, I commend you for taking this step. Throughout the course of my therapy career, I have been fortunate to work with a wide variety of people. My experience working with eating disorders and survivors of domestic violence instilled a passion for providing trauma informed care. This means that I recognize how difficult past experiences influence our current lives, often impeding connections and perpetuating patterns. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and I take an integrative approach to therapy, meaning that in addition to EMDR, I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities to create a treatment plan that is unique to your needs. Our work together will be relational and collaborative, focused on highlighting your strengths, supporting you to uncover limiting unconscious patterns, and helping you to gain clarity around your values.
Amy Wojenski, LSW she/hers
Accepts Aetna, Cigna, Highmark, United/Optum, IBX
Hey there, my name is Amy (she/her). Due to my background in social work and personal experiences, my philosophy is that mental health issues do not arise solely from the individual but from their environment and are understandable reactions to the situations they are in. I am here to assist you in navigating, understanding, and gaining healthier coping skills so you can live the best life you deserve. I approach every client individually, non-judgmentally, and work to make you feel safe and understood. I am gender affirming and experienced in working with women’s issues, Borderline PD, CPTSD, PTSD, religious trauma, domestic violence, ASD, ADHD, mood disorders, suicidal ideation, and anxiety-based disorders. While I prioritize using evidence-based treatments I’m flexible in my approach and understand there is no right type of therapy treatment or intervention that works for everyone. I’m trained in dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and trauma-informed treatments. I have experience and an understanding of internal family system therapy (IFS), somatic experiencing, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), motivational interviewing, and solution focused interventions as well. My education includes a bachelors and masters in social work from Rutgers University and I was licensed in PA in 2022. In addition to my education and training, I ran a women’s trauma intensive outpatient group and worked in a partial hospitalization setting focusing on trauma and its intersection with substance abuse. If you have gotten to the bottom of this I appreciate your interest and I hope to meet you soon!
